17/Dec/2009 Championing ICT Training and Adoption in
the Transformation of Uganda
The education sector in Uganda is the 3rd largest contributor
to the country's GDP. Now that everybody has a
chance to get education through UPE and USE, the
focus will in the coming years shift to BTVET sector and
university education to support research and technological
innovations. Since we have achieved economic recovery and the economy's tax base has expanded,
Science and Technology will be looked at as critical
avenue to allow transformation in the higher education
sector through knowledge transfer partnerships. Download Supplement
