Graduate Programmes

The Department of Computer Science remains the core of the School of Computing and Informatics Technology. The growth from a subject in the Department of Mathematics (Faculty of Science) to an Institute up to its current status of a School has been possible because of this department. The growth in the department has been realised in both scope of the academic programs offered and the human resource capacity.

The objective of the Department is to develop professionals with theoretical and practical skills in Computer Science and build a management capacity with a practical orientation needed to link up the Computer Science sector with the industries.
