Nazir Ahmad Suhail defends his PhD Thesis titled: A Framework for Implementation of Blended Learning in Constrained Low Bandwidth Environment
In his findings, Nazir identifies the multimedia (learning content) compatible with the challenges of constrained low bandwidth environment and the network (bandwidth) related issues. He also assessed the Ã¢‚¬Å“level of e-readiness for constrained low bandwidthÃ¢‚¬ through self reported perceptions of key stakeholders (institutions, lecturers, and students) about implementation of blended learning in the context of developing countries.
