The first applicants of the Business Process Outsourcing programme have attended orientation sessions at the School of Computing and Informatics Technology. The orientation sensations were to familiarize students with the basics in understanding and appreciating the BPO industry, and to brief them about how the training will be conducted. About 500 degree holders have been identified to start the BPO training which kicks off on 22nd February 2011.
