ICDL Africa Ltd.

Makerere University College of Computing and IS partnered with ICDL Africa to create the largest accredited ATC and ICT Training Centre in Uganda.
The ICDL (International Computer Driving Licence) programme defines the skills and competencies necessary to use a computer and common computer applications. It offers a wide range of modules (Base, Intermediate and Advanced) and is suitable for students and all professionals.

YMCA.

YMCA Comprehensive Institute which was started in 1986 purposely to enable the youth who had dropped out of formal education to gain skills through the vocational training recently partnered with the College under the Cisco Academy programme to provide training in ICT Networking field

Katki Business Solutions.

Katki Business solutions is a wholly owned private limited Company offering contracting services, particularly in the public and private sectors throughout Uganda. In response to market demands, Katki Business Solutions concentrated on developing a broad range of in-house expertise and partnering the College of Computing and IS to provide professional ICT Security training courses.

Amity University.

Makerere University College of Computing and Information Sciences (CoCIS) and Amity University Uttar Pradesh (AUUP) partnered to offer scholarships for ICT and business-oriented courses to Ugandans. Under the partnership sponsored by the Indian government, students attend lectures conducted by Amity University lecturers through video conferencing.
This scholarship collaboration was rolled-out in 2009 when the Governments of Uganda and India signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) geared towards the implementation of the Pan African e-Network Project in Uganda.
